Vegetable Salad

2 cups of corn
1 can of bean sprout, drainedveggie salad
3 carrots, grated
1 head of cauliflower, bite size pieces
1 large onion, diced
2 cups chopped celery
1 small jar pimiento
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 green pepper, diced
Mix all veggies in an ice cream bucket.
Marinade:
6tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup white vinegar
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over vegetables.  Stir and refrigerate.  Stir 3 or 4 times in the next 12 to 24 hours.  It's great but has to be made 1 or 2 days before serving.
