Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bites

Wheat Thins (Big Snack Crackers)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced tomatoes (about the size of the cracker)
Ground pepper
Garlic powder
 
Preheat broiler.  Place on baking sheet.  Top each cracker with 1 tsp of cheese and 1 tomato slice; sprinkle lightly with pepper and garlic powder.  Broil for about 2 minutes, watch closely until cheese is melted.
 
Idea:  Try different herb seasonings.  Example:  Italian seasonings, dried oregano, or basil.
